January 22, 2008 Board Meeting Agenda Item #26 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE VENICE HIGH SCHOOL - CTE CLASSROOMS RENOVATIONS PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. for the Venice High School - CTE Classrooms Renovations project be accepted as substantially complete as of 8/17/2007.
